Our chic, contemporary cellar door is where you can taste a range of our opulent, quality portfolio of fine wines. The Desert Heart Cellar Door is stylish, convivial and inviting, an idyllic place to enjoy delicious food and exquisite wines whilst taking in the magnificent 360 degree views from the Kawarau River, Mt Difficulty, Gold Sluicing’s and the mighty Pisa Range. Desert Heart is opening for the season on Friday, 13th October
Our hours of opening are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 11:30am – 4:30pm.

We are closed from December 19th through to Jan 2st – Reopen January 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th, 6th and 7th.
Then back to our normal opening days and hours of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 11.30 – 4.30 pm

Welcome to our vineyard kitchen, where we keep things relaxed and down-to-earth
while sharing a taste of Desert Heart and the culture and care that created it.
Gluten fee, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options are available on request.
