The Day Dreamer Pinot Gris 21 shows good texture, aromatically, pear and fig with hints of grapefruit and spicy ginger notes on the nose. Soft and round on the palate, balanced by a crisp acidity, light spice and mineral nuances evolve through the palate culminating in a long lingering finish. Delicious!
